As part of the last year of the bachelor Food Innovation the students had to create their own product. Therefore I designed Pearl’s Cocktail pearls. With the cocktail pearls you can make a special drink really quick and easy. Convenience and experience are the most important focus points from Pearl. Glitters are added to the pearls to create a flavour and glitter explosion when you ‘pop’ the pearl in the glass. It is a perfect solution for restaurant and bars as well as for at home. It is a nice way to start your dinner party or to serve something special when there are friends coming over for drinks. Currently the pearls are still available at the Theme park The Efteling in collaboration with Coca-Cola. Pearl is looking for a new owner to continue the adventure.
